Visa Process for Students

A. Acceptance Letter:	A valid acceptance letter from a recognized Vietnamese university or educational institution confirming full-time program admission.
B. Passport	Must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in Vietnam.
C. Visa Application Form	Complete the form issued by the Vietnamese embassy or consulate in your home country. This form is typically available on the embassy's website or can be obtained in person.
D. Passport-sized Photos:	Provide two recent passport-sized photos that meet the embassy’s specifications.
E. Financial Proof	Evidence of financial capability to cover study and living expenses, such as bank statements, scholarship award letters, or sponsorship letters.
F. Medical Examination Certificate	Required by some universities or visa authorities to ensure health requirements are met.
G. Criminal Record Check	A clearance certificate from your home country may be necessary in some cases.
H. Visa Fee	Pay the visa fee as determined by the Vietnamese embassy or consulate. The fee varies based on nationality and visa type.
